Twin Falls is 18 miles with the beautiful falls located on the Snake River Canyon. Had a population of 44,125 as of the 2010 census, Twin Falls serves as a regional commercial center for both south-central Idaho and northeastern Nevada. It is home to the College of Southern Idaho (CSI), a large community college in the northwestern part of the city. Several Idaho universities, including Boise State University, Idaho State University, and the University of Idaho, offer classes on the CSI campus.
Twin Falls is the state's 7th largest city, is the fastest growing city in South-Central Idaho. From 1998 to 2007 the unemployment rate was steadily decreasing to a low of just under 2%. In spite of a troubled national economy Twin Falls has seen rapid development. Many major retail outlets have opened stores in Twin Falls between 2006 and 2011.

The famous Perrine Bridge is a truss arch four-lane bridge carrying U.S. Highway 93 over the Snake River Canyon. Perrine Bridge is approximately 1,500 feet long and 486 feet above the Snake River.
There are walking paths around the canyon wall. Base parachuters are often seen taking advantage of the winds below.
It is also the same area where Evel Knievel attempted a jump with his motorcycle in 1974.
The canyon base boasts a beautiful golf course called the Blue Lakes Golf Course with stunning views of the Snake River and surrounding canyon.
